What about returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless damaged or broken at the time you receive your product. You must notify Bridal favs within 3 days of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return authorization. How ever we will refund your money if a product is out of stock or an error on our part. Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. If you have to return an item no new item will be shipped out until we receive the item back or you send us a tracking notice so we will know the item is on it's way back to us.

All consumers will be notified the as soon as possible if your item is out of stock or back ordered via email.

All orders are shipped the within 3-5 business days.

How can I track the status of my order?
Confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of your purchase. Tracking numbers are emailed within 3 business days. Just input your tracking number at USPS.com for estimate of delivery date. Most packages arrive within 5 business days, gift baskets orders can take up to 2 weeks. All packages are shipped via USPS first class mail.

Absolutely not, we never sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties. All information collected is used solely for processing your order.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
Order are processed and routed to the distributor very quickly and because of our high volume it is almost impossible to stop or change an order after it has been submitted.

What happens If I do not receive my package?
if your package is already shipped please check with your shipping carrier for further information about your package if your package was delivered but you did not receive your package we are not responsible for replacing any package that has been shipped and delivered.
